Refund Policy

This Policy explains when money returns to your account, when we repair files instead, and how statutory protections in Aotearoa New Zealand interact with our digital delivery model. It applies to educational downloads and templated planners sold directly by Lovelysyyoungeo unless a bespoke contract states otherwise.

Who this covers

Customers buying through invoices issued by Lovelysyyoungeo and consumers defined under New Zealand law. If you bought through a reseller, their refund policy may lead—we will assist with technical evidence when needed.

Cooling-off basics

For many digital goods, delivery begins immediately after purchase. Statutory cooling-off rights can be limited once you consent to instant fulfilment. We still provide discretionary refunds in the window described below when you have not substantially consumed the material.

A glance at a table of contents is fine; printing an entire workbook for a classroom may count as consumption.

Download & access

Links expire after a reasonable security interval noted on your receipt. If expiry blocks legitimate access, email us before assuming a purchase is lost. We regenerate links when payment records match.

Eligible refunds

Duplicate charge

We reverse the extra transaction once the payment processor confirms duplication.

Unopened digital pack

Within fourteen days, no meaningful access, region not geo-blocked by your bank.

Corrupted payload

Hash mismatch or universal unzip failure after following instructions.

Non-refundable cases

  • Change of mind after download and meaningful review of enclosed lessons.
  • Incompatibility caused by very outdated software when system requirements were listed.
  • Free promotional bundles unless a documented bug blocks extraction.
  • Buyer's mistaken identity where files were intentionally shared onward.

Request process

  1. Email service@lovelysyyoungeo.world with subject “Refund request”.
  2. Include invoice ID, purchase date, and two sentences describing the issue.
  3. Attach screenshots only if they clarify a technical fault; avoid personal medical data.
  4. Await acknowledgement within two New Zealand business days.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Where you are a consumer under the CGA, our goods must be of acceptable quality and match description. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or price reduction. This Policy operates alongside—not instead of—those guarantees.

Chargebacks

Bank disputes should follow after you contact us; escalation slows collaborative fixes. We supply evidence packs showing delivery when claims are contested.

Business purchasers

Companies buying seat licences may negotiate separate SLA terms. Absent a written SLA, this Policy supplies baseline fairness.
